To the spineless, incompetent rats masquerading as soldiers at the Southern Keep,
This is Commander Niv. It has now been THREE FULL MONTHS without a single report reaching me at Bradvlad Keep. Do you imbeciles understand the gravity of this failure? I am completely blind to your troop conditions, movements, and supply status precisely when clarity is most crucial.
Have you entirely forgotten your purpose is to contain and report on the forces conspiring within the Bowers? I depend on your competence to ensure no enemy movements slip through Warg’s Tooth Pass towards Bradvlad. Every inch of that passage must be vigilantly monitored and defended! Any lapse could compromise our entire blockade of the Eira Vale and beyond. 
Additionally, make absolutely certain you give me ample warning before you make any move or motion, or even entertain a single thought regarding the so-called “coalition.” I require plenty of notice and will accept nothing less, as whatever clumsy actions are very likely to cause grief for my soldiers and me as we work to rectify and clean up whatever sorry mess you create.
If your negligence permits even one disturbance to the warfront, the ramifications will be catastrophic, not only for your already tenuous position but also for the entire northern strategy. Mark my words, if I discover continued incompetence, I will personally ensure the lord commander inflicts consequences that make the desolation and chaos of the Eira Vale look like a god’s paradise vacation by comparison.
Remember your duty, carry out your orders, and SEND ME A DETAILED REPORT IMMEDIATELY. I demand to know precisely what in all hells is happening at your keep!
One final note for the Commander. Do not mistake my patience thus far as leniency. Continued communication failures of this magnitude will see you stripped of your command, and your fate handed over to far less forgiving hands than mine.
