Greetings, amateur, actors, and achievers!!
I, ATLAS THE BARD, have returned with all my limbs still intact to herald the exciting news that the WEST GATE HAS FALLEN!! Yes, that fortress that has long been controlled by House Blakka under the watchful eye of Myr Galdur has officially been taken by the Coalition! I have the whole tale, supplied to me by my incredible informant Kyren Greyling. Gather close, dear readers, and he will reveal all of how the intrepid group of adventurers known as the PC Party took the West Gate!

Transcript: Hello Atlas,
We’ve waited long enough that their supplies have run low. We started the final attack on the West Gate today, we managed to push Blakka back far enough to fortify the area in front of the Gate. Agarion looked injured, that’s not too unusual considering the circumstances, but still, with the effects of the Heart, I don’t know how long we have. It’s probably nothing, I’m just being paranoid.
We met up with some Hounds named Dante, Silver, and Oakharn. They told us that they were ready to try to break through the curtain wall, the Hounds were going to knock a section of it down and we were going to fight our way through. We had to decide what section to attack first, the Pits or the Siege Weapons. We decided to go after the weapons. I didn’t want to leave the people in the pits there longer than I had to but we have to prioritize the safety of our own above others. I asked Agarion why he was a part of the Swords of Justice when the Swords of the Seven were so horrible to the crows. He said that Judge Sable used to lead the Swords of the Seven but then he spoke out against the actions of Lord Palminster, causing Corvis to take away his leadership of the Swords of the Seven so Judge Sable founded the Swords of Justice.
The Hounds broke a hole into the Curtain Wall, letting us through, Myr Galdur was there on top of the wall. I still don’t know how to feel about him. I hate him for what he has done but if given the chance I don’t think I could kill him. Even after everything he’s still Erath. He’s still the same person who was there when I first washed ashore 4 Trihelials ago. He threw explosives at us, Ben jumped on top of a lot of them. We found some Blakka soldiers burning documents they didn’t want us to have. We were able to stop them from burning a few but they burned most of them. One of the documents was an analysis of Blakka influence on Zelmore. It said that most of Zelmore depends on Blakka infrastructure to function, tensions between Zelmore and other nations are high, Blakka is currently trying to undermine the New Khanates, and Derivatives of Fear Elixir and conditioning methods from the Lodge are used in the Zelmore Military. The report was made by Magister Lucien Vale on Trihelial 297, First Phase, 58th day. I hate that the Fear Elixir continues to be a problem, I thought that after we killed the last member of the Cuprous Lodge that it would finally be over. I was too hopeful. We also found a notice of transfer from General Valerion Umbris to Myr Galdur sent Tri. 296, late Second Phase saying that Major Calliope Aurelia and her troops were being transferred from the East Delves to Zelmore. We found a letter from the Lord Commander sent late 295 asking what Myr Galdur knew about ASTE and asking if ASTE was worthy of being his son. Don’t know what that’s about but ASTE already has too many problems and does not need more.
We attacked the area where the siege weapons were stored and destroyed them. Then we went to the Fight Pits. ASTE talked to Carven and then started attacking us. He killed Carven and is back with us now. We freed 4 prisoners from the pits, one of them was wandering around and seemed confused. According to one of the others he had hit his head. Another one said she had overheard important information but would only tell it to our leader. I don’t believe Judge Sable is here so Agarion is the closest thing we have.

As soon as I able, dear readers, I will return with his final correspondence detailing the epic battle of how the West Gate fell!! Until then: fight together, or die alone.
Signed,
Atlas the Bard
