Adventure Day Info

About our Adventure Day LARPs

Formerly known as Training Days, Adventure Days are day-long LARP events where players come together to move the story along, raise their characters’ stats and prepare for the challenges in the next event. Our newly designed Adventure Days involve vital plot developments that relate to the season as a whole, and may directly shape the events of the following Dungeon Crawls. Alongside our free Guild Nights, this is where players strategize, flex their diplomacy, and shape the game’s future. Perhaps an enemy faction will demand parlay during the Adventure Day and the players will have to negotiate. Or, the leader of the land may present a new threat that the party must decide how to approach. Regardless of the player’s class or skills they want to train, there’s something at Adventure Day for everyone!

About Skill Training

Each Adventure Day provides the players the opportunities to prepare for a Dungeon Crawl, shape the season’s story, and train in-game skills that they can utilize in other events. Character classes in Etheraz – Rogue, Fighter, Alchemist, and Smith – all have unique capabilities that require different skills learned. Players submit to the writers which skills they want to train, and the writers build the day’s schedule around the needs of the players. In order to learn an in-game skill, players must master an equivalent skill in real life. Using martial arts, logical problem-solving, and social-emotional skills, players become stronger both in-game and out of game! Each Adventure Day is related to a Dungeon Crawl happening that same month.

Dungeon Crawl Info

About our Dungeon Crawl LARPs

Dungeons Crawls are large-scale battles where the players’ mettle and skills are put to the test! Each Dungeon Crawl features a powerful enemy that the players must work together in order to defeat. Weaving in with the story at-large, players have the opportunity to make huge progress in the story’s plot while demonstrating their abilities. We have partnered with a rock climbing gym to create a uniquely immersive experience. Our production team designs the environment to mirror that of a fantasy location, allowing our players to fully enter a fantasy world.

About LARPS for Kids

Young adventurers step into the world of Etheraz, creating original characters and joining their peers on story-driven quests. Each event advances the overarching narrative while giving players space to collaborate, apply developing skills, and share their own creative work. Guided by theater professionals and educators, the setting features immersive environments and engaging plotlines designed to spark imagination and build confidence. As players explore, solve challenges, and shape the unfolding tale with their choices, they experience the thrill of adventure—and discover what it truly means to become a hero. The result is a dynamic experience where every participant helps shape the world they’re adventuring in.

As always, LARP Adventure Program events run rain, snow or shine

However, if an event cannot happen as scheduled due to an act of God (Force Majeure), LARP Adventure program will reschedule it rather than cancel it completely. Due to the restrictions placed on us during the pandemic, we ask that you allow up to a year for us to find a new date and location. Because of the unpredictable nature of the pandemic we will decide what to do if an event cannot be rescheduled within a year on a case by case basis.

If you cannot make the new date or you would prefer to transfer the ticket to another event, we will provide a store credit of 65% of the original ticket price.

Merchandise:

If you purchase a physical product from our store (shirt, hat, etc..) and it arrives damaged in some way you have 30 days to contact us to let us know and we will replace it for free. Let us know by sending an email to jenn@larpadventureprogram.com which includes your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

If your order arrives but does not meet your expectations you can contact us within the first 30 days for an exchange or a credit minus a 20% restocking fee. In this case, please send an email to jenn@larpadventureprogram.com with your order number. For exchanges please include what item you would like instead. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we receive the return we will process your request.

We’re excited you’re interested in getting tickets — we’d love to have you at the event!
