A private event with LARP Adventure Program is an unforgettable experience for any youth, adult or group looking for a unique and challenging adventure! All events are entirely customizable according to your preferences and event staff are experienced in helping clients design great events.
In the past, we have serviced every type of event and population, imaginable. While birthday parties are a popular option, we have done many Bar / Bat Mitzvah celebrations, graduation parties, college / corporate team-building, weddings and more! We have also worked with churches to run educational programming at monthly drop-in events. Let us know your ideas and we will work with you to turn them into a wonderful adventure!
Each private event consists of a LARP games session*, where participants use padded foam props or Nerf guns to play a variety of classic (e.g. Capture the Flag, Superpowers, etc.) and unique (e.g. Wizard’s Chess, King’s Court, etc.) games. Choose for the games to be medieval fantasy or sci-fi themed.
* While we offer to run the events with a theme these games are not “in-character”, so to speak but we encourage participants to dress up.
Pricing:
One (1) hour games: $388.00 for up to ten players
Two (2) hour games: $570.00 for up to ten players
- If your event will be for more than 10 players add 10% of the base price for each additional player. For instance, 1 hour of games for 12 players will cost $465.60 ($388 + 20%)
The prices above do not include site rental or catering options.
Payment Schedule:
- A non-refundable deposit for half the fee is due 1 month prior to the agreed-upon date. The full balance will be due 2 days before the event.
- Parties & events that are booked less than 6 weeks in advance will be required to pay the full balance no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Please Note: We have a selection of basic boffers and Nerf guns, but guests can bring their own. We will do a safety check before games start to make sure these items are appropriate.
