Our youth portal is not ready. If you’re under 18, your legal guardian needs to log into the parent portal to update your membership info.
Logging In for the first time:
When we sent your portal invitation we included instructions for creating a password for your account.
Your user name is the email address we sent the invitation to.

Allow yourself a minimum of an hour to go through everything.
Certain fields are required and you will not be able to save the form until they are all completed.
You will be logged out of the system as soon as you leave or refresh this page.
Resetting your password:
Step 1. Visit this page and fill out the form. LINK NEEDED
Enter your email address entirely in lowercase letters.
If you are unsure which email address to use, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2. Check your email for a message from email@example.com stating that your password has been reset.
Step 3. Click the link in the email and set a new password. Once you have saved your password you can proceed to this page to log in.
Updating your account:
After logging in you will see a button for editing your membership.
When you log in after signing a form, you will see links for printing a copy of said form.
You will not be able to edit the Liability Waiver, User Agreement, or COVID forms after they have been processed.
Problem: When I attempt to log in I get an error message that says “record not found”
What could be wrong:
Your browser’s autofill is not compatible with the form. If you see this error after using your browser to autofill the form, delete everything from both fields and type your username and password in manually.
The portal could not locate your email address in the system.
Try resetting your password.
Check that there isn’t an extra space at the end of your email address.
There is a typo in your password. Try logging in again.
If you have tried to log in multiple times already, try clearing your browser cache or logging in via an incognito browser window.
Problem: I didn’t get the password reset email.
What could be wrong:
Email addresses in our system are case sensitive and all emails are entered 100% lowercase
If you have multiple email addresses, check which one you used to purchase or renew your membership. That is the one we most likely entered into the database.
Problem: I cannot find the form I need to fill out.
What to do:
Use your browser’s “find in this page” function to search for the form title. For most browsers used for Windows PCs CTRL+F will open this search bar.
