Ticket Types & Ages

• PCs (Player Characters): For ages 10-16 (Middle School & High School)
• Crunchy Camp NPCs: For ages 16 & 17
  • Participants in Crunchy Camp are committing to this role for the whole weekend. This means won’t have a character with a storyline but they will get to play several characters and monsters throughout the event. This is different from signing up for a short term Monster Shift position. Monster Shift signups will be announced closer to the event.
  • Marshals Academy enrollment is not required for this ticket type.
  • People 18+ or not in HS LARP classes who want to participate in the crunchie camp should contact the LAP office to make special arrangements.

* Early Arrivals:

• Marshals Academy students are invited to come out Friday (the 6th) between 6 PM and 630 PM to help set up.
  • This is optional and requires pre-approval from the LAP office 2 weeks prior to the event. Parents must send us an email informing us that you have their permission to arrive early. Please arrange for this ASAP.
• Meals are not provided Friday night. There will be three meals served Saturday & Sunday, and two Monday (breakfast & lunch).
• Adults will be on-site supervising throughout the entirety of the event.

Meals: 

We will have a ServSafe® certified kitchen staff preparing food for this event.

When registering please indicate which meal plan your youth needs and list all their other food requirements (i.e. Gluten free) so that we can create an appropriate menu and arrange to prevent cross-contamination.
