About Our Events

Our events take place in-game in the world of Etheraz. Players create and inhabit a character, and go on adventures with the party. The events progress the LARP story of Etheraz and provide an opportunity for players to collaborate with their peers, demonstrate the skills they’ve learned, and showcase their DIY projects. Through immersive production design created by theater professionals and an original story tailored to excite and engage the party, players go on unforgettable adventures and have the chance to be a hero.

About the Season

Darkness spreads across the lands. Betrayed by a close ally and with the forces of the evil House Blakka growing ever-closer, the future of Etheraz looks bleak. Now, a series of eldritch monsters are appearing around the land and figments from the party’s long past have come back to haunt them. Our players must embark on a journey to vanish these evils and confront the past… before there is no more future.

Each Etheraz season is a year-long continuation of the previous year’s events. The events of the past summer’s Residential Camp set the stage for the newest season!

Fall Overnight

October 10th -13th, 2025

A LARP overnight for kids is an immersive, story-driven adventure where participants spend the night at a safe, supervised location, fully engaged in a live-action role-playing game for 2-3 days. Players take on the role of characters, complete quests, solve challenges, and collaborate to shape the unfolding story. The experience blends imaginative play, teamwork, and outdoor exploration.

November 2025 Residential Camp

November 7th -11th, 2025

For years, the forces of House Blakka have kept Etheraz divided. This November our players will learn the origins of their biggest enemy!

Similar to our Summer event, this is a one-shot: a self-contained story designed for players to make new characters and explore the history of Etheraz.

The outcome of this event will affect the story in unprecedented ways, determining the fate of several beloved NPCs and setting into motion the next act of Etheraz 2.

Adventure Days

Feb 7th, Mar 7th, Apr 11th

Formerly known as Training Days, Adventure Days are day-long events where players come together to move the story along, raise their characters’ stats and prepare for the challenges in the next event.

Our newly designed Adventure Days involve vital plot developments that relate to the season as a whole, and may directly shape the events of the following Dungeon Crawls. Alongside our free Guild Nights, this is where players strategize, flex their diplomacy, and shape the game’s future.

Dungeon Crawls

Feb 21st, Mar 28th, Apr 25th

Dungeons Crawls are large-scale battles where the players’ mettle and skills are put to the test! Each Dungeon Crawl features a powerful enemy that the players must work together in order to defeat. Weaving in with the story at-large, players have the opportunity to make huge progress in the story’s plot while demonstrating their abilities.

We have partnered with a rock climbing gym to create a uniquely immersive experience. Our production team designs the environment to mirror that of a fantasy location, allowing our players to fully enter a fantasy world.

These insurance plans would provide financial protection in the unfortunate event that your youth needs to withdraw from camp due to something like an illness or a family emergency. Learn More
    • We want to emphasize that these insurance plans, along with their terms and conditions, are not within our control. Therefore, LAP cannot be held responsible for any claims you may have. However if you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

As always, LARP Adventure Program events run rain, snow or shine

However, if an event cannot happen as scheduled due to an act of God (Force Majeure), LARP Adventure program will reschedule it rather than cancel it completely. Due to the restrictions placed on us during the pandemic, we ask that you allow up to a year for us to find a new date and location. Because of the unpredictable nature of the pandemic we will decide what to do if an event cannot be rescheduled within a year on a case by case basis.

If you cannot make the new date or you would prefer to transfer the ticket to another event, we will provide a store credit of 65% of the original ticket price.

Merchandise:

If you purchase a physical product from our store (shirt, hat, etc..) and it arrives damaged in some way you have 30 days to contact us to let us know and we will replace it for free. Let us know by sending an email to jenn@larpadventureprogram.com which includes your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

If your order arrives but does not meet your expectations you can contact us within the first 30 days for an exchange or a credit minus a 20% restocking fee. In this case, please send an email to jenn@larpadventureprogram.com with your order number. For exchanges please include what item you would like instead. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we receive the return we will process your request.
