Overview

LARP Adventure Program’s Dungeon Crawls are overnight events that will give participants an opportunity to clear a dungeon in an environment that is as close to an underground lair as we could find!

We have partnered with a rock climbing gym to create a uniquely immersive experience. PCs will creep through the gym’s space surrounded by rocky walls while NPCs wait around the corner to challenge them. Or will the PC’s round the corner and find untold treasures?

These sessions will have a narrative story happening in the background however, the story will be determined by the outcome of Battle of the Bowers.

• NPCs: 14-17 (High School LARP student only)

Schedule
Due to feedback we’ve received the Dungeon Crawls are no longer an overnight event.

• Drop Off:
  • NPCs 4 PM
  • PCs 5 PM
• Pick Up: (same night):
  • PCs 10 PM
  • NPCs 10:30 PM

Location

Newburyport, MA (Full address is only visible to logged-in users with an active membership.)

Meals: Food will not be provided. Participants should eat dinner before arriving and bring snacks to tide them over in the morning.

COVID Safety:

• COVID Vaccination is required for all participants and staff.
• Everyone will receive a health screening upon arrival, including a temperature check.
• Participants will be expected to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer at various times throughout the day. Participants will be instructed on proper handwashing techniques by their counselors.
• Mask policy: Masks and social distancing are optional

Required Forms & Due Dates

• All forms for January event participants are due ASAP
  • See sales page for due dates for individual events.
• Legal guardians should log into the Parent Portal to review all of their child’s information for accuracy, especially medical and insurance details.
